In the Pacific Northwest he became both a climber and an artist but the two pursuits had always remained separate. After seven years of guiding class 5 rivers around the country he gave up the outdoors to make art and live in NYC.
Adventure, climbing and his love for the natural world couldn’t be left long… even in NYC. After teaming up with Brooklyn Boulders he now combines art, climbing and his love for the outdoors in an ever shifting balance. He’s in and out of Brooklyn with his trusty dog, Ophelia. Making art, teaching for the AMGA, adventuring to oceans, riveters and rocks!
