Every spring Portland, OR fills up with people for the Rose Parade. With an influx of people from far flung tinny towns to suburbia… Oregon comes to Portland. Big trucks, 4 wheelers and a people watchers dream all make up this slightly jarring and weird tradition. So strange, Elliot Smith wrote a song about the experience.
Either way, this series of art combines photos of people from the Rose Parade, found nude girls on the internet into promotional posters for my first art website, www.squadup.net and a clothing brand Eightysixnine.
