Terrebonne is located at Smith Rocks, a mecca for climbing and historical birthplace of ‘sport’ climbing. Cliffs of basalt jut above the desert surrounding but are shaped by a winding river eating into the base of the rock formations.
These snapshots are from a trip I took to revisit the place I started climbing, 14 years later and connect with old friends. Climbing has shaped my life by providing a community of people and a way of life. I’m fortunate to have gone on many adventures to beautiful areas and done some exciting (and terrifying) climbs.
